Trout Sale Order Form is Here!!!

Each spring we offer rainbow and brook trout to stock your pond, as well as workshops on pond building and maintenance.

2012 Schedule:

May 6, noon: Trout Sale Pick-Up will be held at the Union Fairgrounds (map)

June 20, 5:30pm: Pond Construction and Maintenance workshop at Union Town Office

To order trout for your pond:

  1. Click HERE to download Trout Sale Order Form.  (Open in Adobe Reader to fill in form and save a copy to your computer.)  Orders and payment must be received by May 3.

  2. Click HERE to download ME Dept. of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife Application for Fish Stocking Permit for Private Ponds. You MAY NOT submit your trout order form until you receive a permit number from IF&W!

  3. Once you receive your permit number from ME Dept of IF&W, send order form with permit number and payment to:

  4. Pick up for Pre-ordered Trout is at NOON on Sunday, May 6 at Union Fairgrounds (map). The District is not responsible for trout that are not picked up within one hour of the designated time.  

  5. Plant sale pre-orders may be picked up at the same time that you pick up your trout. Cash & carry plant sales will be available also.
